14pro Terms and Conditions — Learn the Rules for Using the Platform

• Age Restriction

  To open an account at 14pro, you must be at least 18 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform, and any such account detected will be closed immediately. We may request proof of identity at any time for age verification purposes.

• Geographic Location

  14pro primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. The platform may not be used from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.

• One Account Policy

  Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all accounts will be suspended. It is each user's responsibility to keep their account information accurate and up to date.

• Password & Security

  It is your own responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 14pro will not be held liable for any losses resulting from sharing login credentials with third parties.

You must maintain honest and fair conduct while using the 14pro platform. Any form of fraudulent activity, using software to gain an unfair advantage, or attempting to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited. Harassing other users, using abusive language, or disrupting the normal operation of the platform is strictly forbidden. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities is a criminal offense, and any such suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

The platform's content, design, or technology may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission. Spreading false information about 14pro or attempting to damage the brand's reputation may result in legal action. All users are requested to report any issues or complaints directly through our support channels.

All financial transactions on 14pro are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed through secure payment gateways. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities and may not be transferred to third parties. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe after the verification process is completed. Funds associated with bonuses or promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal, which will be stated in the details of each offer. If a suspicious transaction is detected, we may request additional verification documents and reserve the right to place the transaction on hold if necessary.

It is the user's own responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before closing their account. Our inactivity policy will apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, and users will be notified separately. Gaming outcomes are determined entirely by random algorithms and no specific result can be guaranteed. 14pro is not responsible for financial losses incurred as a result of a user's own decision to participate in gaming activities. Any disputes or complaints will first be addressed through our support team and, if necessary, resolved through neutral mediation.
